The New On-Line Magazine Idea Is Terrific!

The Atlanta Bar has needed this for a long time. The Bar has gotten so big that we tend to lose touch with each other, and this online magazine will help us have a sense of belonging to the same Bar. I hope that you will save some space for an article on our Mentoring Project. In the meantime, all of us owe you a debt of gratitude for getting this project started. Congratulations and good luck!

E-zine Offers A Broader Whole-Life Approach

I just wanted to tell you that I think The Complete Lawyer looks like a GREAT idea. The articles and topics you are proposing look very interesting! It is refreshing to see things geared to lawyers, but with a much broader, whole life approach, rather than just basic CLE. I look forward to seeing more. When is the magazine actually coming out? I am interested in hearing more about it.

The Complete Lawyer In Ohio?

From an email to Bob Wildau: Alex Lagusch, the ED at the Columbus Bar in Ohio, read articles proposed for The Complete Lawyer in the newsletter. One question was whether this could be a national program!

These Topics Are An "Elephant In The Room"

I read with great interest your recent article on upcoming programs on Emotional Intelligence At Work and How To Be An Effective Coach/Mentor, as well as the Atlanta Bar's plans for a new E- Zine. I have been very conscious in recent years of the need for more programs of this type, so I am very happy to hear of your programs. I agree that these topics are a real "elephant in the room" for the bar and would like to work on fostering our consideration of them.
