Coaching and mentoring represent two ends of a learning continuum. Each is used to achieve a broad range of objectives from orienting first year associates to increasing the productivity of long-tenured partners. This workshop lays down the foundational considerations for creating an appropriate coaching and mentoring program as well as the characteristics of a quality coach/mentor relationship. It is appropriate for current mentors and mentees, those responsible for implementing coaching/mentoring in their firm, or anyone considering coaching/mentoring in the future.
