MAXIMIZING DIVERSITY
Martha Eskew is a corporate coach, entrepreneur, and former
executive search consultant. For twenty-two years she has worked
with executives and company leaders to create solutions that
move the needle for the company.
Martha founded Recruiting Options, Inc in 1980 to work with
national clients on executive level searches in a broad range
of industries. She also assisted clients in assessment and planning
on staffing, succession, and development. Her clients included
AFLAC, The Weather Channel, Maritz Communications, BBDO, JWT,
and CK Advertising.
As a consultant, projects included culture assessments for client
acquisitions and mergers, and building organizations for new
companies and offices. The consulting included working with
client leadership to define the company culture, analyze staff
development and help create easy transitions and acceptance
of change.
Martha trained with Coach Training Institute of San Rafael,
California in co-active coaching. Since 2001 she has coached
C level executives, entrepreneurs, scholars and artists in:
creating new companies; growing company revenue; leading change;
career shifts; writing books; developing large creative projects;
creating centers of study; and research.
As a coach/consultant Martha works with client companies to
build high-performing teams that work towards a mutual vision.
She taps into a clients creative flow to open up new associations
and possibilities, formulate and articulate a vision, and take
effective action to reach the goals.
Martha conceptualized and Chaired Atlantas first Business
and Life Coaching Expo, Feb 2002; chaired and revitalized Art
Visions 1992-95; chaired Visual Arts for the Atlanta Arts and
Business Council Abby Awards; and created and chaired All Saints
Art Show. Martha serves as a board member of arts, professional
and church organizations. She received her BA from Eckerd College. |
