Kathryn Lawrence, Certified Nutritionist, has been actively involved in health most of her adult life. She graduated magna cum laude from David Lipscomb University in Nashville and American Health Science University in Denver. Following graduation, Kathryn spent 11 years as a world traveler, holistic health advocate, classroom instructor, and corporate communications/public relations manager for an international telecommunications corporation. Her management positions ranged from directing the national corporate contributions program to serving as editor of the national corporate publication, for which she was awarded both local and national honors. While in the corporate world, Kathryn was actively involved in community service, serving as a corporate spokesperson for United Way and as Vice President of the National Kidney Foundation’s Board of Directors.

In 1998, Kathryn founded New Leaf, a nutrition consulting company whose mission is to educate and empower those seeking vibrant health. Kathryn’s unique corporate/nutritional perspective allows her to be exceptionally effective in coaching people in the workplace to realize a greater sense of health, well-being, and productivity through optimal nutrition.

New Leaf is based on the philosophy that health is much more than simply the absence of disease—-it is a deep sense of well-being that encompasses the Whole Self. We are all capable of looking and feeling so much better. The one thing that stands in our way is lack of knowledge. Kathryn conveys this knowledge through both personal coaching and group workshops.
