COACHING SKILLS TRAINING
With more than 10 years in psychological counseling and 15 years
in risk management consulting, Cynthia leads businesses and
individuals to improve performance and greater personal effectiveness.
Cynthia began her career working for companies such as Aetna
and Johnson & Higgins. She designed, developed, and
implemented risk management programs for a broad range of clients,
including many of the Fortune 500. A lifelong learner, she augmented
her degree in Management from the University of Georgia by obtaining
the Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified
Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations to bring more expertise
to her clients.
Pursuing her interest in psychology and human development Cynthia
then obtained her Masters in Counseling at Georgia State University.
She began her clinical work at Ridgeview Institute where she
moved into Marketing and Sales Management. At Ridgeview, she
increased business by helping solve complex organizational issues
and problems.
Cynthia began developing her consulting, coaching, and counseling
business in 1996. She worked at The Highlands Program from 1996-2002
where she led corporate workshops and consulted with companies
such as Chase Bank, Anderson Consulting, Cisco,
Glaxo Wellcome, and IBM. She recently left Ridgeview
after eight years to devote herself fully to her business.
Cynthia works with large and small businesses on leadership
development, teambuilding, productivity, marketing, and business
development. She works with individuals on such issues as career
development and change, life planning and goal setting, moving
successfully through transitions, relationships at home and
in the workplace, and issues involving a persons relationship
with money.
Cynthia is known for her enthusiasm, insight, and ability to
solve problems and develop relationships. She creates a connection
with a person or organization that becomes a catalyst for positive
change and growth.
